This is a photo taken I think behind her dorm on a super snowy day

Underneath the stair case. This one cracks me up..I mean some of those suckers are at least 3ft long!

The dorms. Jessica's smack dab in the middle, top of the stairs. This photo scares me. I mean, look at the snow on top of that building! I'm so glad that there is overhang.

Jessica is doing really well at school. She has braved the bitter cold, but somehow I'm amazed at how well she is handling it. Honestly though, its not as cold as you think. When we were there it was cold, but manageable because its more of a dry cold. She's only slipped once, or so she says then she tells me hilarious stories of watching people slip and slide on the very icy sidewalks. Anyways, she loves the school and is really enjoying her classes. She just finished a half semester career class which was a tremendous help in her finally deciding her major. But the semester isn't over so when it is, I'll fill you in.

Road trip

We had an amazing time traveling with Jessica. Just Dan and I and Jess. It was pretty awesome going back to the place where we were married & conceived her celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. I know, that conceived word...gross. But it's just what happened. We made a few stops along the way, one of our best stops was in Utah. We did the whole Temple Square in a day-which wasn't enough time because there is so much to do there. We ate at the Lion's House (truth be told, I've waited 10 years to eat there) and visited both the Conference Center & Tabernacle. Here is one of my favorite photos from Utah:

I LOVE this photo!

Outside the Conference Center

Inside the Conference Center, this is the hall where past Church Presidents Photos are on display. She is a big fan of History, so she enjoyed this much!

20 years earlier, Dan and I visited Temple Square, only we weren't members of the church then. The experience, so different! We sat and reminisced with Jessica about our trips to Salt Lake back when we were first married. We laughed as we told of a time when I got our car stuck in the snow, up on a mountain trying to make a u-turn. Funny looking back, I thought I was going to just die! Dan had to dig us out and push my little Toyota Celica until it was free.
Oh those were the days!! lol
