The floors are going in at a steady pace. My guy is such a hard worker! This is the kind of stuff he enjoys, and it keeps his mind clear. It's his 'happy' place. With only a few small set backs, and a lot of detail work, we should be finished this weekend with the flooring. Yeah! What a difference it makes. The whole downstairs looks HUGE!

We will be grouting and finishing it off tomorrow, then the rest of the flooring can be laid in the family room. Right now we are all dodging furniture and having the best time watching tucker slip & slide all over the downstairs! His daily routine consists of playing fetch with one of his toys up and down the stairs and since he has virtually no pads on his paws he just goes sliding across the floor..so funny!
Speaking of, here's my furry little friend enjoying a nap. He's been really great the last couple weeks with all the commotion going on. Tucker is petrified of the vacuum cleaner and all other large noisy machinery. But he's getting the hang of it and knows we won't hurt him so he's been kinda clingy and sticking close to one of our sides.

Can I borrow Dan? He works so fast! Maybe I should just show Cameron this e-mail. It all looks fantastic! Why doesn't he just become a handyman, it seems like his true calling. I know, I know...probably not very reliable as income, huh?
